Three years of themed room takeovers at San Francisco's biggest Halloween party, presented by Electroluxx, NPU and HUSH Concerts, with Trash Fence Events, Starvibes and Pink Mammoth.
What I did
- Created Barbie's Dirty Room, Barbie's Dirty Playroom and Mad Hatter's Tea Dance Party
- Built interactive pieces: LED dance cube, X-pole, pink St. Andrew's crosses and custom signage
- Designed and ran sound, lighting and DJ backline, and stage-managed each night
- Wrote the proposals and negotiated each year's budget with the promoters

Oct 28, 2023Barbie's Dirty RoomWith Trash Fence and Starvibes. $3.2K budget, a pink dungeon with St. Andrew's crosses built in-house, an X-pole and an LED dance cube.
Oct 26, 2024Barbie's Dirty PlayroomWith Starvibes, Pink Mammoth and Trash Fence. Budget grew to about $9K for delay speakers, stage lighting and a cleaner floor plan.
Oct 31, 2025Mad Hatter's Tea Dance Party$10K approved. Grass walls, rugs and fairy lights, a mushroom tea host, battery uplights and moving heads, for a 5,000+ guest night.
