A three-day music and arts festival I founded and ran end to end: the land deal, permits, ticketing, marketing, budget, talent, production and operations.

What I did

Built a leadership team of 20 department leads who ran 100+ on-site volunteers
Built two stages from scratch in the forest at Blue Mountain for 2023
Booked 20–30 movement performers, 15 workshops and 25 live painters each year
Fully planned 2020 and 2022, and managed a COVID cancellation and a wildfire cancellation the week of the event
